F = Fortnightly; W = weekly; 3W = Three weekly; 6W = Six weekly; V = variable: L = last day of month
M = Monthly; M1 = First in month; M2 = Second in month; M3 = Third in month; M4 = Fourth in month.
M1 & 3 = First and third of month; M2 & 3 = Second and third of month; M2 & 4 = Second and fourth of month.
